Over 30 Years of Eperience
With humble beginnings, James began his career in 1985 in a Calgary beef plant while pursuing post-secondary education. His development expertise led to rapid promotions, culminating in senior leadership roles.
He later held sales and marketing leadership positions at major beef processors, including Tyson Foods, before transitioning to protein trading in 2001 with Eastern Meat Solutions. As a partner from 2008 to 2019, James helped grow the company from 12 to over 300 employees across three business units.
In 2023, James launched KG Logistics, followed by the formation of the Kingsman Group of Companies in 2024. Today, the group has annualized over $100M in sales, with an additional $30M in joint ventures—and a goal to surpass the contributions to our customers additional services.
